Hello! I’m Matias and this is my new blog. I’m a software engineer from Argentina who currently lives in the San Francisco bay area. I enjoy building software and taking part in all stages of the development life cycle: understanding what needs to be built, designing the solution, implementing it, and ensuring it works correctly.

I had another blog a very long time ago where I mostly wrote about security, and more recent-ish one that I barely wrote anything on. I’m hoping putting the effort to set a new one up will encourage me to write new content regularly.

In this blog I expect to write about software engineering in general. I’m not planning on writing about anything novel but rather to use this as a means to dump my thoughts somewhere. I often find myself thinking about the same things over and over again, and I hope writing about them will help me flush them off my head.
